Therapies such as Acupuncture, Reiki, MTT, (Meridian Tapping Techniques), Reflexology and Aromatherapy Massage may be recommended as these therapies are helpful and effective in resolving and balancing physical and emotional issues, which positively effect your health and well being.
Because many factors contribute to your health and well being each day, its important to remember to ease back on the demands you place on yourself and take it one step at a time. That's why on The New You program we include Reiki and Aromatherapy Massage, to help you relax and let go of mental, emotional and physical stress.
Regular use of the T Zone Vibration Machine, is also recommended. Whole body vibration is excellent in reducing stress, and increasing the happy hormone "serotonin". T Zone Vibration sessions gently put your body into alignment, while stimulating your muscles, circulation and lymphatic drainage systems.
